Richard Beesley Joins TRANSEARCH in UK
The London office of TRANSEARCH UK recently welcomed new Partner, Richard Beesley.
Richard Beesley is an Interim Management expert and an experienced Executive Coach. He works at board and senior operational levels, across a wide range of industries.
Richard has over twenty years’ Interim Management experience, particularly within the Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure sectors. He has become a trusted partner to companies, both in the UK and internationally, that are seeking interim leadership, turnaround, change management and project delivery.
Before joining TRANSEARCH, Richard was the founder and architect of the Interim Solutions practice at Bailey Montagu. Previously he spent nine years with Odgers, where he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Interim business, and an equity partner. Richard has also worked as a partner at The Miles Partnership.
Richard graduated from the University of Southampton with an honour's degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Economics and went on to qualify as a Chartered Management Accountant. He worked with Johnson Controls, Skandia Life and Scottish & Southern Energy, where he was selected to take on senior performance management and customer service roles, including the setup of new customer service centres.
Richard is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and the Institute of Directors, where he has acted as Education & Skills Ambassador for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
He has been a facilitator and coach at the Leadership Trust for over twenty-five years and mentors final year, and postgraduate students at Southampton University on career issues.
