Lisa-Marie Paps

Lisa-Marie Paps has been part of the job-related aptitude diagnostics team at the Hamburg office since May 2021. Her main task is to supervise selection procedures of universities and university hospitals, which she accompanies as a DIN 33430-certified observer.

After studying theater and literary studies at the LMU Munich as well as the August Everding Theater Academy, she was responsible for the selection and deployment planning of artistic staff at German municipal and state theaters. Since June 2022, she has been studying business psychology alongside her job.

Lisa-Marie Paps speaks fluent English and French.
