TRANSEARCH International is pleased to welcome Angela Orbaneja to our Madrid office. Angela is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in leadership, cultural transformation, and talent development.
Angela has worked across sectors including Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, Technology, Communications & Media, Pharmaceuticals, and Professional Services. She most recently served as the Global Head of Human Resources at Propelland, a leading open innovation consulting firm, and has collaborated with organisations such as Banco Santander, The Coca-Cola Company, NTT Data, and Microsoft.
Her 21 years with The Coca-Cola Company Iberian Division, including her time as a member of the Board of Directors, gave her a strong foundation in business strategy and organisational growth.
Angela holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of León and an MBA in Marketing from ESIC. A certified Executive and Team Coach, she also has additional qualifications in Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness. Fluent in Spanish and English, Angela brings a global perspective to her work.
