Puneet Malhotra Joins TRANSEARCH in India
TRANSEARCH India is pleased to announce the return of Puneet Malhotra as Senior Partner, specialising in the Technology Practice. Based in New Delhi, Puneet is a key member of the Global Technology & Services Practice, advising global clients on executive talent solutions and succession planning.
With nearly two decades of experience in executive search, Puneet has successfully led C-suite mandates for technology, software, and professional services firms. His expertise spans CEO, CTO, CDO, and global P&L leadership roles, with a strong focus on sustainability and diversity leadership.
This marks Puneet’s second tenure with TRANSEARCH, where he has accumulated approximately 10 years of experience. Prior to rejoining the firm, he worked with Heidrick & Struggles, further strengthening his deep industry insights.
Beyond executive search, Puneet is passionate about social impact. He actively collaborates with NGOs, particularly supporting girls’ education and community development initiatives.
A Science graduate from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, Puneet also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Marketing) from the FORE School of Management.
