As a leadership consultant at TRANSEARCH’s Istanbul office, he leverages his extensive business background to lead client-centric projects across various industries, helping organisations enhance leadership effectiveness and drive growth.

Vural has held C-level sales and operations roles throughout his career, leading large-scale teams and driving organisational transformation. He has a proven track record of optimising operational efficiency, building and mentoring high-performance teams, and spearheading business growth in highly competitive industries. His expertise spans luxury goods, travel retail, aviation, and wholesale operations, where he has successfully navigated complex market dynamics and delivered sustainable results.

Recognising the impact of strong leadership on business success, Vural transitioned into leadership consultancy to share his industry insights and strategic expertise with organisations seeking to enhance their executive leadership. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Marmara University and an MBA with a concentration in Management and Organisation from İstanbul Bilgi University. A Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, he has also completed ICF-accredited Co-active Coaching and Gestalt Coaching programs. Additionally, he is a certified facilitator of Deep Democracy—The Lewis Method.
