Marc-Andre Duval Joins TRANSEARCH in Montreal
TRANSEARCH International is pleased to announce that Marc‑André Duval has joined DÉCARIE TRANSEARCH in Montréal, strengthening the firm’s expertise in infrastructure, aerospace and defence.
Marc‑André focuses primarily on the infrastructure, aerospace and defence sectors, bringing more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across Canadian and international contexts. He advises executive teams and boards of directors on talent identification, assessment and development, with recognised expertise in organisational structuring, HR governance, leadership development, transformation, labour relations, and occupational health and safety.
Prior to joining DÉCARIE TRANSEARCH, he served as Vice President, Talent and Culture at CDPQ Infra, where he contributed to the organisation’s creation and led the structuring of its founding teams. He previously held senior HR roles at Bombardier Aerospace, CGI and Olymel.
Marc‑André holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a Governance Certification from the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés at Université Laval. He is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés and serves on the board of Aux trois sentiers.
