TRANSEARCH International recently opened a new office in Hamburg, Germany. The team in Hamburg have a very strong background and specialisation in management diagnostics, leadership development and coaching and is led by Lutz Rachner as Executive Global Partner. Lutz is supported by Arne Seeburger and Fabian Arimond.
Lutz Rachner has more than 20 years of experience as an executive search consultant with a focus on industry, technology, science and healthcare for national and international companies and organisations. In addition, he is one of the most distinguished management diagnosticians in Germany and offers exceptional executive coaching.
As Partner, Executive Director and Head of Industrial and Automotive Practice Group he achieved great success while working for Kienbaum. Prior to that, he managed human resources and organisational development projects and conducted employee surveys in the banking environment. Lutz studied economics and social sciences with a focus on social psychology at the University of Göttingen.
Arne Seeburger is a Client Partner and has numerous years of consulting experience in the field of management diagnostics, the further development of outstanding leaders as well as young talents in business and science. Before joining TRANSEARCH, he worked as a consultant in the field of management diagnostics.
Arne studied International Business Administration at the European University Viadrina and Business Psychology at the University of Bremen. He is certified in job-related aptitude diagnostics (DIN33430) and is currently completing further training as a systemic coach.
Fabian Arimond is also a Client Partner with many years of consulting experience in the areas of management diagnostics, personality development and coaching of top executives in business and high-performance sports. Before joining TRANSEARCH, Fabian was involved in setting up a technology company for psychological applications.
Fabian studied psychology at the University of Trier, is a licensed cognitive behavioural therapist and has qualifications as a business coach, sports psychologist, and mindfulness trainer, among others. He is a lecturer at various universities and business schools.
