Dennis Hartmann

Dennis Hartmann is Client Partner at TRANSEARCH International and has over fifteen years of experience in Executive Search.

He is responsible for national and international executive search projects, primarily in the industry, technology, construction & real estate, energy, utilities & mining, and business & professional services sectors. As an executive search consultant, he focuses on leadership positions in general management, operations & supply chain, and human resources. He has also successfully filled positions in areas such as product management, sales & marketing, technology/R&D, and finance. Dennis supports and advises various types of clients in filling executive positions, primarily private equity-led companies, international corporations, and family-owned businesses in the mid-market.

Before joining TRANSEARCH, he worked for Spencer Stuart for many years, where he was a member of the global Industrial Practice. He began his career in executive search while still a student. He holds a master and a bachelor degree in political science and public law from the Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg. In addition to his native German, he speaks fluent English.
