Dr. Uwe Lemcke

Uwe Lemcke is a consultant at TRANSEARCH International, based in Hamburg. He has more than 25 years of international management experience in industry, mechanical and plant engineering, packaging solutions and technical services. In his previous roles as Managing Director, CSO and Sales Director, he managed multinational business units with full P&L responsibility.

As an executive search consultant, he supports medium-sized companies and international corporations in filling key positions in general management, technology, sales and finance - with a particular focus on transformation and succession situations. His clients benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the market, his strategic mindset and his ability to identify personalities who not only fit the role but also the corporate culture.

Before joining TRANSEARCH, he was a partner in an internationally active, renowned executive search boutique with consulting mandates in various industries for several years.
