Roberto Pezza Joins TRANSEARCH in Italy
Roberto Pezza has recently joined TRANSEARCH Italy as Manager of the Leadership Consulting Practice, bringing over two decades of consultancy experience to the team.
With a background in Work and Organisational Psychology, Roberto seamlessly integrates his expertise with digital technologies. Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in steering companies through periods of growth and transformation, leveraging his deep understanding of work psychology and digital advancements.
Beginning his journey within the Eni Group, Roberto later focused on Learning & Development at GSO Company. Here, he spearheaded projects in Talent Management, Skills Development, and organisational redesign for medium and large-scale enterprises.
In 2013, Roberto expanded his scope by collaborating with start-up accelerators, where he played a pivotal role as a consultant and mentor in shaping organisational models and fostering high-performance teams.
In 2019, Roberto founded Base 9, a consultancy firm dedicated to integrating innovative work methodologies into established enterprises. Utilising approaches such as Design Thinking, Agile, and HR Analytics, Roberto partners with HR departments to devise strategies for individual development and organisational evolution.
Now part of the TRANSEARCH team, Roberto enriches People Development services with his extensive experience. Committed to innovation and client success, he drives the implementation of Learning & Development projects that align with corporate strategies and deliver tangible value.
