Svend Olling Joins TRANSEARCH in Denmark
TRANSEARCH International is pleased to announce that Svend Olling has joined its Copenhagen office as a Partner in 2026.
Svend brings exceptional international experience to TRANSEARCH Denmark, with a strong focus on Technology, Foreign Trade, Public Affairs and Public–Private Partnerships. He finds senior-level talent for a wide variety of multinational and semi-public clients, drawing on deep insight into international markets, economic diplomacy and cross-sector leadership.
Before joining TRANSEARCH, Svend served as a Danish diplomat for more than 25 years, with postings to Danish Embassies in Washington, Berlin, Dhaka, Ankara, Cairo and Seoul. His final four postings were as Ambassador, each with a strong emphasis on Economic Diplomacy. In Denmark, he worked on European Affairs and later headed the Export Promotion Department of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Svend holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and has completed several executive programmes at Harvard University’s Kennedy School. He is fluent in Danish, English, German and French, and is currently learning Turkish.
