TRANSEARCH International is delighted to welcome Jo Ann Ng to its Malaysia office, based in Kuala Lumpur.
Jo Ann brings over a decade of strategic recruitment expertise, combining executive search excellence with deep in-house experience in talent acquisition. Her background includes leading senior recruitment across commercial, innovation, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and enabling functions—particularly within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Jo Ann served as Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Southeast Asia at SCA Hygiene / Essity AB / Vinda Group SEA, where she played a critical role in shaping regional talent strategies. Earlier, she led business development in the grooming and beauty sector—building enduring client relationships with a consultative flair.
Jo Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing) from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK. She is known for forging meaningful connections and aligning individual career trajectories with organisational purpose.
Her addition reflects TRANSEARCH’s continued investment in building globally connected, locally attuned leadership consulting capabilities.
