Carin Pawlak is Senior Client Partner at TRANSEARCH International Germany and head of the Munich office. Following an initial training as editorial journalist, she pursued her studies of Literature and History of Arts at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, where she obtained a Master's degree.
Carin Pawlak subsequently assumed senior management roles in the media industry. At the news magazine FOCUS, she served as deputy editor-in-chief and was the first woman in Germany to hold such a position in the industry.
As an executive search consultant, Carin Pawlak assists medium-sized companies and corporations in filling key positions in all sectors of industry and the public sector.
With extensive expertise in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, production, logistics, construction, media, and publishing, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her clients benefit from her in-depth market knowledge and her profound ability to identify individuals with the right professional and personal qualities for top management positions.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Carin Pawlak accumulated ten years of experience in executive search, in addition to holding a management position for several locations of a Germany-wide consulting firm.
