Nicolas Martin

Nicolas Martin joined TRANSEARCH from 2010 to 2013 after several years at a renowned German executive search and selection company. He then changed to Kienbaum, where he was a Director at the Stuttgart office. In 2019, Nicolas returned to TRANSEARCH as the Managing Partner of the subsidiary artec. 2024 he joined the management team of TRANSEARCH Germany and since 2026, Nicolas is Managing Partner of TRANSEARCH Germany based in Stuttgart.

Nicolas fills management positions in the industry, energy and utilities and consumer sectors. His clients are medium-sized family-owned businesses, large public listed groups, and public authorities. He is also experienced in advising the supervisory and non-executive boards of his clients as well as in leadership assessments.

Nicolas holds a master’s degree in communication, social psychology, and economics from the Ruhr-University in Bochum.
