"Resilience, Reinvention & Refocus" will be the focus of the 2022 Global Conference of TRANSEARCH International Partners Ltd. in Rome. More than 150 consultants, either in person or via video conference, will discuss important issues facing companies: How can we find and attract the right leaders in the face of a global talent shortage? What characterizes successful decision-making processes in the context of recruitment and selection? What parameters ensure successful onboarding, integration, and especially long-term commitment to a company?
In addition, our 40th anniversary presents a good opportunity for reflection and evaluation of our past and future strategic development.
The individual sessions will be moderated by Dr. John O. Burdett, who has been generating important insights for TRANSEARCH International’s successful qualitative consulting approaches for many years. "Why do you stay?" is his newly developed digital survey tool that efficiently and concisely pinpoints the specific factors that bind executives to their company or increase their risk of departure. Other best practice contributions from individual countries will provide illustrations of how projects with customers have been successfully implemented.
Outstanding top executives will address the focus areas of "Diversity & Inclusion" in a panel discussion and examine the influence of these topics on the future viability of companies.
Maurizio Cheli, an Italian geophysicist, space shuttle astronaut and entrepreneur, will provide new perspectives on corporate and social responsibility in his keynote speech.
Beyond the program, after nearly three years of restrictions, the focus of the conference will be on interpersonal exchange. The last in-person three-day Global Conference took place in London in 2019, after which face-to-face meetings were replaced by virtual conferences. We are very much looking forward to the conversations with our colleagues and are eager to learn about the different experiences we have gathered over the past few years in dealing with the radically altered circumstances surrounding our work.
