Results of the TRANSEARCH People Management Insights Survey

The TRANSEARCH International 2023 People Management Insights Report explores HR leaders' viewpoints focused on the business outlook for 2024, organisation culture and wellbeing, talent acquisition, leadership, hybrid work models, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ("DE&I") practices, as well as the impact of recent artificial intelligence developments on the HR landscape. The report is based on an online survey conducted from September 25 to October 31, with responses from HR professionals ranging from HR Managers and Directors, to CHRO's, CPO's and Non-HR Executives, across a variety of different industries, spread across multiple continents.

While some of the results are very surprising, others confirm our assumptions. The stability of the team, for example, has become just as important as the ability of managers to communicate purpose, tasks and goals in a meaningful way. Successful recruitment processes continue to form the basis for growth and change, although the decision-makers surveyed believe that the conditions for attracting suitable personalities are becoming increasingly challenging.
