Heidelore Gerbing

Heidelore Gerbing, who has a degree in business administration and speaks four languages, has spent her management career in several countries and in various sectors of the healthcare industry, from medical technology to life sciences and pharmaceuticals.

She has worked in operational and strategic management positions in Germany, the US and Europe for over 20 years. Her roles have included sales director, business development director and business unit manager. She has been responsible for bringing entire business units to life, from developing initial concepts to ensuring their successful day-to-day operation, as well as restructuring existing organisations.

Heidelore joins the Life Science and Healthcare practice in the Munich office as Senior Client Partner from January 2024. Prior to this, she was an independent Senior Partner at Bestminds for more than 10 years, supporting SMEs, international start-ups and multinationals.

She has an international network of decision makers and industry contacts. Based on her diverse personal career experience and up-to-date industry knowledge, she understands the needs of clients from diverse international and technical backgrounds.

Heidelore looks beyond the obvious and has a talent for identifying solutions and applying knowledge across different sectors. Her aim is to create lasting win-win situations for both clients and candidates.
