Laurent Lejeune Joins TRANSEARCH in Belgium
The Belgium office of TRANSEARCH recently welcomed a new Partner, Laurent Lejeune.
Laurent started his career in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble. He then moved to Proximus, the biggest Belgian telecom group, where he worked as Marketing Manager and then Strategic Communications Director.
In 2004, he became Managing Partner of communications agency Duval Guillaume (Publicis Group) where he worked for several Belgian and international clients. He joined Truvo (Belgian Yellow Pages) 8 years later as Marketing & Sales Director Large accounts, to help accelerate the digital transformation of the company.
In 2016, he got appointed as CEO Belgium of Dentsu Aegis Network, one of the largest communications agencies in the world and, in 2019, he became Managing Partner of ICF Next, closely working on international projects for the European Commission. In 2022, he joined TRANSEARCH International Belgium, putting his broad experience at the service of executive search.
Laurent serves as independent director in several boards, and has successful experience in the start-up world by launching Olmavita (CBD-based products) and Digistone (online real estate auctions).
Laurent Lejeune holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from ICHEC (Brussels).
He’s fluent in French, Dutch and English.
Laurent is also a very passionate sportsman, having completed many marathons, ultra-trails and Ironman triathlons.
