In our efforts to contribute to the success of our clients, TRANSEARCH again provided its extensive network in 2022 under the lead of Dr.-Ing. Carlo Mackrodt and Bernd Wenzler to share experiences at top management level, to shed light on the current challenging situation from different perspectives and to discuss options for action.
The results of our Roundtables 2022 are clear: In addition to high energy costs and discontinuous supply chains, the lack of qualified employees at all levels is now one of the biggest challenges. The good thing is that as a business leader, you can do something about it - unlike the current global crises.
Together with the participants, we identified six key levers that make organizations stronger in order to survive the existing challenges. Many of them have to do with human resources: People, Culture, Leadership, Reputation, Resilience, and Proactive, Empathic Communication.
