Dr. Edgar Kirchmann

Dr. Edgar Kirchmann is an Executive Global Partner of TRANSEARCH International. He studied industrial engineering with a focus on computer science and operations research at the Technical University of Karlsruhe. He received a scholarship for his doctorate and completed an international postgraduate degree.

Dr. Kirchmann began his industrial career as an assistant to the Executive Board at Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). He quickly rose from assistant to the board to become the youngest managing director of a subsidiary. He now has more than 25 years of experience in international Executive Search. He works for clients in various industries, primarily on the basis of long-term agreements.

Edgar Kirchmann is also Global Head Digitalization & AI at TRANSEARCH International.

Dr. Kirchmann holds a Master of Science in e-Business, is the author of numerous publications on HR management, organizational development and innovation management, and is a Board Member of ROTARY.
