With a distinguished and prosperous professional journey, Annette has held prominent international roles, including CEO, Senior Vice President of HR & Communication, Senior Vice President of Competence & Operational Development, and various other key positions. Her extensive background spans various industries, providing her with a profound insight into how organisations and their resources can influence business outcomes.
Annette embarked on her career in Executive Search in 2017. Her clientele spans across the service, construction, and industrial sectors, encompassing collaborations with various publicly listed international corporations.
Annette holds an economics degree and has achieved a Master's in Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Economics. She is certified in a diverse array of specialised assessment tools related to personality, leadership, and talent.
