TRANSEARCH International recently strengthened its presence in the United States by welcoming in Derick Haire and his team in Austin. Derick has more than 20 years of experience within global executive search and executive talent acquisition with a primary focus on the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
He has helped to build global teams within large, publicly traded companies as well as with small to medium sized enterprises and venture-backed start-ups. These roles have covered Board Director, CEO, C-Suite, SVP/VP and other senior level positions within general management, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, business development, strategy, regulatory, compliance, quality, corporate functions as well as across the entire R&D function - covering early discovery, early and late-stage clinical development and medical affairs.
He has worked extensively on international search assignments based in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Derick received a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Miami (FL) where his focus was organisational behavior, leadership and international business. He also completed coursework at Oxford University, Exeter College and the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne, while attaining his MBA.
