Heading the Guangzhou office is Sandy Liao, a seasoned search professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources. Her career spans a wide spectrum of recruitment activities, from top management roles to chief technical positions across Greater China. Sandy has played a pivotal role in numerous senior-level search projects throughout the region, with a particular focus on South China. She specializes in providing consulting services to multinational corporations and local enterprises across industries such as Trading/Buying, Luxury Retail/FMCG, Automotive, and Manufacturing Engineering Services in Greater China and the Asia Pacific region. Her current portfolio covers various facets of trading/buying, retail, automotive, and manufacturing, with particular expertise in the garment, footwear, electronics, mechanical equipment, and automotive sectors.
Sandy embarked on her headhunting career as a researcher following her graduation and subsequently held the role of Managing Consultant at Cielo Executive Search, a division of Cielo Talents Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in biotechnology and is a certified Human Resource Intermediary.
