New Managing Director for TRANSEARCH International Deutschland GmbH
TRANSEARCH International Deutschland GmbH, Stuttgart, one of the leading companies in the field of executive search & leadership consulting, has expanded its management team with a new Managing Director. Dr. Hilmar Döring joined the TRANSEARCH team in Stuttgart on May 1, 2024 and will gradually take over the responsibilities of the long-standing Managing Partner, Ulrich F. Ackermann. He has built up the TRANSEARCH organisation in Germany since 1996 and established it as a top executive search address with four German locations.
Dr. Döring has extensive international management experience as well as executive search and consulting expertise and was most recently a partner in a renowned executive search boutique. Prior to that, he held various top management positions in Germany and the USA in market-leading companies, most recently as a board member of a large family business in Stuttgart.
